Fungi are considered the primary decomposers of dead plants because of their ability to produce a wide range of enzymes. This allows them to efficiently attack the hardest plant biomass that other organisms are unable to decompose. BARC have been working on a technology to develop a particlular strain of fungus in the laboratory. This strain has been found to decompose the toughest material like the coconut leaves in 55 days. This technology can be utilized for residential as well as Industrial / Commercial premises in handling the kitchen and garden waste. We offer Waste Management (Composting) as Consultancy, Services and also manufacture various products for this activity.
